Puzanu of the Daughters of Enthropy is a rare sight, a demon sorceress of the Karnu clan of demons, a fact betrayed by her charred second pair of arms, wich she will use to cast enthropic spells until they are completely useless... demonic magic destroys all, including its user.

Demons play an important part in the overall health of the cosmos, fulfilling the same role as scavengers or bottom feeders in the natural world. Since their only source of nourishment are the souls of intelligent beings demons have made their homes in the Abyssal Barrens, known coloquially to mortal races as the hellish plane. Like calcium in the joints of the elderly, the souls of those who only feed on the world without giving anything in return begin to rot with darkness, eventually becoming too heavy to go to any other place than to the lower planes. Demons thrive in the Abyssal Barrens but are subservient to the will of the crowns of cold and hunger who rule the place. But some demons yearn for freedom.

It is an accepted fact among Wizards that all attempts by demons to colonize the material planes are doomed to failure and as such, they should be observed but, if left to its own devices, the problem will solve itself. Every time demons attempt to create their own civilization on the material planes the pressure to find sources of souls, their lack of empathy and their self absorbed nature creates a situation in wich the pressure is too much to mantain any kind of order.

However, in the world of Fenniren the Karnu demon clan civilization is beginning to thrive. This is attributed in part to the fact that demons are forming their own wizards, something that would have been impossible in the past due to unbound ambition and lack of cooperation. Puzanu belong to the first generation of this hellish spellcasters and as such enjoys a high position in society, smoking souls in agony from her hookah while taking a second to relax, a rare opportunity for a demon. This world belong to her and her kind, and for the first time in a long while, the wizards of the multiverse worry.
